What we think

The Moment

Let’s admit it: room service can sometimes be a lackluster affair of wilted french fries and tepid burgers. But you may just stay in your room your entire trip after today’s lunch of coconut poached chicken with banana blossoms and trout roe, and fried battambang rice with toasted sesame and crispy garlic. Sigh.
