What we think

Every single room here feels like a suite or beyond, starting with the beginning room category: the ginormous 732 square foot Ocean View Rooms, where the spa-like bathrooms are lined in marble and you’ll have South China Sea panoramas from your balcony and your plush, Frette linen-swaddled king bed. The actual suites have to be seen to be believed; we particularly love the 1,998-square foot Ocean View Pool Suites for their private plunge pools on the terrace and living rooms with floor to ceiling windows. While you’re here, be sure to spend as much time as possible at the spa; locally-inspired treatments are unforgettable and include regionally plucked herbs and spices (lemongrass, peppermint, and more) that have been used by the indigenous people since the Yuan dynasty.
