An Auberge Resort
Covid-19 - What you should know
Skylark’s advisor team is here to support you. Travel is tricky right now and planning isn’t always straightforward, but our team of advisors is here to assist in every way we can.
What it is
An ultra-glamorous icon ringing a pristine turquoise sea and private cove, with jaw-dropping on-site amenities and a spa with its own infinity pool.
What it isn't
In bad taste. The Instagrammable restaurants here include Celeste, which has all the nautical romance of a megawatt yacht from its seafront, open-air perch.
What we think
If laying on a white sand beach for days at a time sounds like your dream vacay, you can definitely do that here (and we wouldn’t blame you). But if you prefer a bounty of on-property adventure to choose from, you’re in luck, too: activities here include movie nights in the sand on Meads Bay—complete with gratis cocktails, pomegranate granita and popcorn; cruising in a Sahara Sun sailboat to Limestone Bay to snorkel at your leisure; and doing yoga in the pink glow of dawn atop Malli Bluff. You’ll get plenty of R&R in your classically designed guest room with subtle nods to beach style, from the four post palm tree beds to the bamboo side tables. Starter rooms here begin at a whopping 775 square feet and are stocked with a private terrace; upgrade to a suite for 1,350+ square feet to roam, plus a sun terrace and patio overlooking the glimmering Caribbean sea beyond. Did we mention the color palette is a contented sigh-inducing soft turquoise and sand yellow? Sigh.
You're here because
The spa uses local healing ingredients in their treatments, and a deep tissue massage is just what the Zoom doctor ordered.
As the sun sets and twilight descends over the frothy surf, guests start beelining to Bar Soleil for comped cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Is that a DJ, ready to spin you into the ultimate vacation state of bliss? Yes. And yes.
