What we think

“Paradise” is a word that’s used too easily in the hotel world, but it’s a fully justified descriptor of Hammock Cove. Each and every villa here will drop your jaw, thanks to private plunge pools in turquoise hues that match the sea beyond your terrace, soaring ceilings and gauzy draperies that emphasize the blissful Caribbean air, and top notch amenities that include sumptuous Egyptian cotton bed linens, Serta king mattresses, twice daily turndown, frequent restocking of the minibar, and (phew) air conditioning. Did we mention that each and every shower is equipped with no less than four rainfall showerheads and lined with pebbles? You’ll feel like you’re just checked into your own private spa.

Irina’s - Located in the Great House on the first floor with views over the multi-tiered swimming pool, featuring a chic, bistro-style vibe, à la carte breakfast, a gourmet smoothies and juice bar, lunch and dinner.

Lighthouse Restaurant - Gastronomic, sustainably sourced, culinary specialties changed daily by Executive Chef Marco Festini. A private dining room seats 14 persons, ideal for a special occasion or degustation dinners.

Lighthouse Bar - Located within Lighthouse restaurant, offers guests proper Italian aperitivi, cocktails, or a glass from the extensive wine list on the outdoor terrace with beautiful evening views.

Nobody Knows - A perfect spot for a cold beer, wine flight, rum flight or your favorite cocktail. Nobody Knows also hosts scheduled Cooking Classes with the Executive Chef as well as Rum Tastings

Chairman’s Lounge - Located upstairs in the Great House, the Chairman’s Lounge features classic games like billiards and chess, and a record player with a curated library of vinyl. The bar offers premium liquor, Champagne, and a Caribbean rum selection created by the property’s rum sommelier. Cigars are also available for an extra charge.

On The Rocks - Located below the swimming pool on the boardwalk overlooking the beach, On The Rocks offers delicious drinks/cocktails and lighter fare served at your sun lounger
