St Peter, Barbados
Cobblers Cove
A certain casual elegance that’s seldom found elsewhere
What it is
A charming, pastel-hued boutique retreat on Barbados’ Platinum Coast, where British elegance meets Caribbean ease in a historic seaside hideaway.
What it isn't
A flashy, all-inclusive mega-resort. Cobblers Cove is intimate, refined, and deeply rooted in Barbadian charm, offering a more personal and relaxed approach to island luxury.
What we think
Set in a former sugar plantation house turned pink-washed seaside sanctuary, Cobblers Cove feels like stepping into a storybook version of island life. The individually designed suites, surrounded by lush gardens, are airy and timeless, with whitewashed walls, rattan furnishings, and breezy terraces overlooking the turquoise Caribbean. The hotel’s Camelot Restaurant is a standout, serving fresh, locally sourced seafood and island-inspired dishes that celebrate Bajan flavors. Days here are best spent floating in the sea, sipping rum cocktails by the pool, or venturing out on a catamaran to swim with sea turtles. The service is as polished as it is warm, making every stay feel like a home away from home.
You're here because
You want an elegant yet relaxed Caribbean escape—somewhere with character, history, and a sense of effortless luxury right on the water’s edge.
The Moment
Sitting on your private terrace, the scent of salt air and frangipani in the breeze, as the sun dips into the horizon, turning the sky a brilliant shade of pink—just like the hotel’s iconic walls.
