Four Seasons Resort Nevis

Jewel of Paradise

What it is

Reimagined and revitalized, but rooted in history and heritage, this beachfront oasis offers a captivating combination of adventure, discovery, serenity and recreation.

What it isn't

Boutique. With 189 rooms and suites plus 50 uniquely designed residences ranging from one to seven bedrooms, you won’t feel like the only guests—though you will feel like the most adored.

What we think

It’s one of life’s great ironies: In a place so perfect the temperature nearly always hovers at a sun-kissed 79 degrees, sunbathing will be the last thing on your list. At the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the activities on offer are more numerous and beguiling than any you could find back home—including learning about all the uses and benefits of the coconut tree to taking an island tour to learn about the history of the island, especially Nevis famous native son, Alexander Hamilton who was born on this beautiful island. On-property adventures are just as covetable; golfers won’t want to miss playing 18 holes on the Robert Trent Jones II course, where the adjacent shimmering sea can be more distracting than the sand traps. Tasteful guest rooms awash in creams and purples put the focus on the view: plush grass tumbling down to the turquoise water just beyond your door.

You're here because

The Kids for All Seasons program ensures your children receive the Blue Ivy treatment—they’ll do everything from identifying nesting sea turtles to dipping into nearby volcanic hot springs.

The Moment

You’ve found something you like even better than rum punch—and that’s getting rubbed down with a coconut, rum and brown sugar scrub in the resort’s Garden of Eden inspired Spa. You love it so much you’re coming back with your spouse tonight for Spa Under the Stars when they shut the whole area down for your private use.

Restaurants & Bars

On the Dune - The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, On the Dune, offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant that highlights an eclectic blend of Caribbean and American cuisines, using the freshest in regional seafood and local produce and bar offerings that are focused around a noteworthy selection of wines by the glass and a well-executed cocktail program. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late night DJ sets and live entertainment.

In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

Crowned Monkey RUM BAR - Taking its name from Nevis’ mischievous ambassadors, the Green Vervet monkey, the new crowned monkey RUM BAR boasts the finest rums and spirits from around the world. Pull up to the bar for pre-dinner cocktails, light bites and charcuterie, indulge in lively late night happy hour or sit back for a moonlit nightcap with a fine-aged rum and cigar.

Mango - A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colourful modern Caribbean menu in an al fresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

Kastawey Beach Bar - The Kastawey Beach Bar offers a casual toes-in-the-sand beach setting near the Soca Pool. The beach bar serves signature cocktails and delicious beachside bites.

Location

The 36-square-mile island has no major cruise ports, making it comparatively untrammeled. It’s just a 15-minute boat trip from the St. Kitts airport, and there are puddle-jumper flights from San Juan and other Caribbean isles.
