Thirsty. The hotel maintains a top notch (top shelf?) wine cellar with labels ranging from Massive to Visionnaire.

What we think

Prepare to be pampered. If you’re a fan of the #treatyoself movement, Alpin Resort Sacher could well be your dream hotel. The spa is nothing less than ginormous, and stocked with all manner of relaxing amenities—ranging from “Water World” (with an infinity pool, swimming pond, and alpine beach) to “Sauna World” (the place to indulge in a salt water grotto, Kneipp facility, and more). The airy guest rooms are relaxing, too, thanks to their timeless yet mountain inspired decor—green plaids here, sumptuous faux fur blankets there. Even the 322 square foot Alpine Double Rooms feel enormous thanks to their separate sitting areas, but we particularly love the Legends Suite. Befitting its name, the 1,000 square foot abode has exposed beam ceilings, a grand dining room and living space, plus a private terrace complete with a sauna. Bliss.

The hotel offers a gratis breakfast buffet of hot and cold deliciousness as well as a half-board program. Translation? You’ll never, ever be peckish.

The Moment

You must admit, today’s spa treatments—a chocolate massage, followed by a chocolate body wrap—are the first of their kind that you’ve ever had. But they won’t be your last. Divine doesn’t even begin to describe them.

The Max - Offering an exemplary Tyrolean fine dining experience, Max stands for the highest quality. The creations of Kai Küpferle and his award-winning team are light, wholesome, and a delight for the palate as well as the eye.

Sacher Bar - Serves up a variety of classic cocktails and small bites along with the famous Original Sacher-Torte.

Salon Ferdinand - An elegant and cozy concept with modernity is combined with Tyrolean solidity and outstanding hospitality.

In the mountain foothills edging Seefeld, just over a mile from the ski lift. Innsbruck Airport is less than 30 minutes drive away.
