Aman Le Melezin
The most coveted address in Courchevel
What we think
Skylark only includes hotels that meet our stamp of approval. Our editorial review for this one isn’t ready yet — but we’re working on it! Below is the hotel’s own description.
Aman Le Mélézin is set directly on the Bellecôte piste, perched 1,850 meters above sea level in Courchevel 1850, in the heart of Les Trois Vallées. Ski beneath snow-dusted fir trees and enjoy the village’s convivial après-ski. Topped by a slate roof and amid a wonderland of groomed pistes, Aman Le Mélézin’s 31 Chambres and Suites are decorated in an Alps-inspired palette. Combining comfort and style, Aman Le Mélézin’s Chambres and Suites frame picture-postcard views of snowy mountains rearing against the Alpine sky. Cedar-paneled ceilings and walls create a cozy chalet feel while large picture windows draw the eye out to the magnificent scenery – even from the bathtub in many Suites. Most Suites feature balconies and separate living rooms. At the hotel, the recently opened, brand new Aman Spa spreads across an entire floor of the hotel. Guests can enjoy Japanese cuisine at Aman Le Mélézin's new restaurant, Nama, under the guidance of master chef Keiji Matoba.
