Pecking. You’ll have unfettered access to multiple restaurants and bars, including L’Eden Beach, where tables are set on a terrace by the sand and dishes include local oysters and langoustines.

What we think

Among all the guest room options at L’Hermitage—and there are 200 of them—not one of them is a dud. Even the “starting” Superior Rooms are grand, with their soaring ceilings, elegant seating areas and abundant draperies. Some find them snug at 269 square feet; if you’re traveling with littles or friends, consider the Prestige Terrace Sea View Suite, with its 807 square foot floor plan and an even larger private balcony that peers out on the Mediterranean. Each and every room is stocked with pampering amenities (Nespresso machines, robes, flatscreens, mini bars, and individually controlled air conditioning).
