Le Nolinski Paris

Artful Retreat

What it is

A gleaming jewel of a hotel, with a Michelin starred Art Deco restaurant, a piano bar in a cinematic Grand Salon, and a Swiss inspired spa with a sleek pool.

What it isn't

Hands-off. The indulgent concierge team will WhatsApp with you before your stay to assist with everything from restaurant reservations to theater tickets.

What we think

It would be heartbreaking to travel all the way to Paris and stay in a dud, non? Nolinski is the opposite: you can feel the city’s creative pulse in every single room. Guest rooms are adorned in the jewel toned hues of fantasy—ruby, citrine, and amethyst—and plenty of light with their Juliet balcony doors, though starter rooms can feel cozy at 226 square feet. Our advice: book one of the suites. The loft-like Deluxe Suite has a separate living room and marble-lined bathroom; while the fifth floor Suite Joséphine feels like its own Parisian appartement, with a balcony overlooking Avenue de l’Opera. Whichever you choose, know that your VIP status extends to the cocktail bar, where cocktails include White Negronis and much-needed detox juices are a go-to for locals. (Get the Detox Nolinski, a spicy and sweet blend of lychee, red berries and ginger.)

You're here because

The hotel’s personal trainer leads sessions in the adjacent Louvre gardens. Bien sûr!

The Moment

Sitting at your marble table in Nolinski Le Restaurant, under the glow of a brass lamp ringed by tassels, the menu designed by Michelin-starred Chef Philip Chronopoulos feels like art itself. Tonight, you’ll have the brioche burger with foie gras. When in Paris.

Restaurants & Bars

Nolinski Le Restaurant - A contemporary, sun-drenched cuisine that features fresh and unexpected textures, colors and flavors. Here, its Chef, Philip Chronopoulos, already the Michelin-starred chef of the Palais-Royal Restaurant, celebrates a unique, cosmopolitan cuisine infused with Mediterranean accents.

Palais-Royal Restaurant - Set in the Jardin du Palais Royal gardens, right in the heart of historic, artistic and creative Paris, the Michelin-starred Palais-Royal Restaurant decorated by Christophe Tollemer, pays homage to its environment.

Bar Cocktail - At the center of the Grand Salon, in a private, subdued setting, Nolinski hosts a new cocktail bar with a variety of signature cocktails, along with mocktails, housemade infusions, and a light menu designed by Philip Chronopoulos.

Location

Just an 11 minute walk from the Jardin des Tuileries, where 18 sculptures by Maillol dot the grounds (designed by then-Queen Consort Catherine de’ Medici in 1564 and opened to the public after the French Revolution.)
