Phoning it in, food-wise. The menus here are created with just-plucked Mykonos ingredients, and the results are as fresh as the sea air.

What we think

There are no bad days on vacay in Mykonos, and there are no bad rooms at Bill & Coo. Even the “starter” room category here is a honeymooners dream: the cheekily named Bachelor Suite Sea View is fitted with a furnished balcony, exposed beams overhead, sculptural furniture and a 390 square foot floor plan that feels even larger, thanks to that endless expanse of Aegean blue out your French doors. If you want to live really large, we recommend the 754 square foot Bill & Coo Suite with Pool, where you’ll have a steam shower, veranda and private infinity pool that appears to blend right into the ocean. Whatever room you select, expect plush perks galore, including a 24/7 concierge, twice daily maid service, Nespresso machine and robes and slippers that are perfect for cozy nights raiding the minibar. Had too much baklava? They even have a personal trainer upon request.
