What we think
“Exquisite” doesn’t begin to describe Kivotos, where you’ll have a 180-degree panorama over the Caldera and the twinkling waters of the Aegean. Rooms themselves are every bit worthy of their locale, with minimalist interiors, private terraces (complete with al fresco jacuzzis) and even a cutout that showcases the view from the foot of your bed, like haute art. We love the truly custom feel; guests can select their ideal lighting scheme (down to the color) and even which curated playlist suits them best, and the mini bar is stocked with Greek beverages. With its rounded ceilings and cave-like, stone-walled interiors, the Deluxe Suite is a jaw-dropper you’ll never forget.
