Lacking provenance. This new Nobu is also backed by the boldfaced names that originally founded the brand, including Robert de Niro and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

What we think

Nobu has long been known for perfecting every single detail on a plate. Guest rooms at Nobu Hotel San Sebastian are no different. No matter which room you select, starting with a 323 square foot Deluxe Guestroom, you’ll be treated like a Spanish royal with a downy bed, robes and slippers, in-room Lavazza machines, rainfall shower, and toiletries from Eight & Bob (worn by John F. Kennedy after he discovered it on vacation in the Côte d'Azur). Our favorite room here? The 374-square-foot Yuhi Suite, which we love for its floor to ceiling windows overlooking La Concha Beach.
