Boring. Staffers have put together a seemingly bottomless range of activities, whether you want to snorkel hidden coves, visit a nearby cheesemaker, see wild horses, and more.

What we think

The sea is everything here—rolling infinitely beyond the resort’s clifftop perch and as turquoise as the sky. Thankfully, the designers of this ultra-chic hideaway had the good sense to keep it that way. Guest rooms put the focus on the views with a color palette of soothing and sandy neutrals; arched architectural flourishes; and luxe amenities, including 300 thread count bed linens, private terraces, and coffee makers for an in-room cuppa. Rooms can feel intimate (the Deluxe with Terrace begins at 322 square feet); we recommend booking a 484 square foot Junior Suite Sea View with Terrace Tub, where you can steep in your own al fresco soaking tub while watching the sunset. Heaven.
