Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf
Arabian Elegance
Mandatory New Years Eve Dinner Notice
All bookings over 31 December include a mandatory New Year’s Eve Dinner that is not included in the room rate. Full dinner prepayment will be required to guarantee the stay.
What it is
A collection of traditionalist Arabian summerhouses set along canals, with 9 restaurants and spa access.
What it isn't
Too buttoned up to have fun. Guests get free access to nearby Wild Wadi Waterpark Dubai, where 17 unforgettable waterslides await.
What we think
Nobody comes to Dubai to feel like they’re in Des Moines. At Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, you’re practically guaranteed to be wowed Arabian-style. Architectural details were inspired by the region’s traditional summer houses, and feature ornately carved wood arches and doorways, thick piled rugs, and jewel-toned silken pillows that feel like something out of a Bedouin tent on the sand dunes. The “starter” room here, Arabian Summerhouse Deluxe, is nothing less than enormous: 645 square feet, with its own terrace and majli (sitting room). If you’re bringing your entire brood or a horde of friends, go for the Malakiya Two Bedroom Villa—it includes an al fresco mosaic-lined plunge pool in your leafy courtyard, gazebo, kitchen, and insider access to a private beach reserved exclusively for guests in the uppermost room categories.
You're here because
You’ll have gratis tickets to nearby Wild Wadi Waterpark Dubai, and you haven’t squealed while flying down a water shoot slide for far too long.
The Moment
Guests of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf are treated to comped sundowners every day…which means you may never check out. Is there anything more relaxing than sipping a restorative cocktail seaside, in the gauzy, pink light of dusk?
