Welcome to the home of the world’s most expensive taco—$25,000 and topped with Beluga caviar and gold flakes (that should tell you something about this resort’s painstaking attention to detail). And no, it’s not among the hotel's “all-inclusive” offerings, but plenty is: a fully-loaded minibar, top-shelf liquor, 24-hour room service and bottomless use of kayaks and boogie boards, to name just a few thrills. Parents love that kids are among the most pampered guests; they’ll find a baby concierge, a kids club and a teen area so fun (mocktails, a bumping South Beach–worthy sound system, karaoke) they’ll pester their brood to let them join in. Food obsessives will be pleased: The Cocina de Autor restaurant is helmed by Chef Sidney Schutte, who guided Librije’s Lusje Amsterdam to two Michelin stars.
