What we think

The original inhabitants of this architecturally stunning hacienda (once a sisal factory) wouldn’t recognize it today, by design. Yes, there are arches, exposed beams, and ironwork details everywhere…but it’s also tailor-made for today’s glitterati in the most exquisite ways. Guest rooms are earthy and spacious, beginning with the 635 square foot Naj Junior Suite-King, with their balcony views of lotus ponds and finishes from the Yucatan (yep, that limestone tub was made right here). Our favorite room here may well be the 1,554-square-foot Xcanatun Pool Suite, which has an utterly romantic canopy bed and its own private pool fringed by leafy palms.
