What we think

Palm Springs has been a hideout for movie stars and other glitterati since the Golden Age of Hollywood, when paparazzi were essentially outlawed here. Now, Kimpton Rowan is a jewel in its crown, thanks to serene guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows and San Jacinto views. Every room option here is a delight, starting with the 365 square foot 2 Queen San Jacinto Mountain View, which has an airy feel thanks to the color palette of soft sky blues and cloud whites. We especially love the 1 King Premiums Spa rooms for their egg shaped soaking tubs, private balconies and expansive 437 square foot floor plan that also peeps out on the San Jacintos. Either way, you’ll have Kimpton’s trademark topnotch amenities, including toiletries from Atelier Bloem, plush robes and yoga mats at-the-ready.

The Moment

On the rooftop at 4 Saints, the only thing more delicious than the views from this 7th story perch is the dish before you: lobster ceviche with blood orange, mango and serrano pepper. Bliss.
