Singer Island, Palm Beach, Florida
Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences
Seafront Splendor
What it is
A brand new 155-room tower of luxury on seven acres fronting the Atlantic, with a four-story spa, infinity pool, salon, and two sceney restaurants plus two watering holes.
What it isn't
Equipped with its own golf course. But there are so many par-excellence (get it?) options nearby, you won’t miss it.
What we think
Amrit had an unexpected aim when it opened this towering seafront resort: to wow all ages for what they call “cross-generational wellness.” Translation: something for everybody, whether you want to try pilates and meditation in the waterfront gym; join your tween and borrow a board from the flotilla of water sport options; or splay out with your wee ones on the private beach and ask Beach Butlers to bring over a picnic. The guest rooms themselves have the same calming feel as a spa, in a palette of blonde woods, yacht whites and turquoise sea blues; we love that each one comes equipped with its own soaking tub. For the full Palm Beach luxury experience, it’s well worth upgrading to a Sunrise Terrace Ocean View room; you’ll feel like one of the local snowy egrets, with your own private al fresco perch overlooking the Atlantic. Be sure to stop by the spa for a facial—they exclusively use France’s Biologique Recherche for treatments. Oui oui!
You're here because
The resort is so wellness obsessed that it eschewed a traditional gift shop in favor of an apothecary, complete with salves and tinctures from all across the globe.
The Moment
You must admit, you’ve never thought much about your dosha—those ancient Ayurvedic elements that help define your personality and health. But seated along a glass wall beside the glimmering ocean at Ayre, you can’t help it: the entire plant-based menu is tailored to them. It might be the healthiest lunch you’ve ever had.

Location
On 300 feet of pristine sand facing the ocean, just a six minute drive south of John D. MacArthur Beach State Park—a barrier island chockablock with mangrove forests.
