What we think

For preppy Palm Beach revelers, Four Seasons delivers perfection. Most rooms are adorned in breezy blues and whites that reflect the adjacent Atlantic Ocean, plus Deco-inspired rounded furniture in ivory and sunwashed sea glass hues that are pure Florida (note the glimmering, mosaic-tiled floors underfoot in each bathroom). If you’re practically a mermaid and will be spending most of your trip by the sceney, Art Deco-inspired pool, it’s worth asking for an Ocean-View Cabana Terrace Room for its direct entrance to the pool deck.

Unsurprisingly, service is topnotch; amenities all ages can enjoy include dive-in movies in the pool, a house car for zipping to nearby sights, and plenty of pampering by the ocean (staffers will happily clean your sunglasses, spritz you with Evian, or loan you a stand-up paddleboard).

The Moment

Four Seasons enlisted Chef Mauro Colagreco—the Argentine-Italian helming the world’s best restaurant, Mirazur—to direct their menu and experience at Florie’s, and it shows. One bite of their local burrata with citrus salad, which is dusted with basil, coriander seeds, and Sicilian pistachios, and you’re in edible heaven.
