Nobody comes to Las Vegas unless they’re prepared to indulge. And indulge you will in the Venetian Resort’s Venetian Tower, which is arguably more dedicated to timeless luxuries than any other retreat in town. Proof every guest is a VIP is right there in the rooms; each one has, at a minimum, a Roman spa-inspired marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and glass-walled shower; three flat-screen LCD HD TV’s; a separate living room adorned in gleaming mirrors and plush purples; remote controlled draperies; and a living and dining space that will make you feel like the king of your castle. (And yes: this is the starter room category). High-rollers may prefer to upgrade even further to an Executive or Penthouse-level Top Tier suite; the 1,850-square-foot Executive King Suites have jetted tubs and your choice of a personal theater or gym. Top Tier, indeed.

The Moment
The just-renovated Venetian Pool deck is as sceney as pool decks come, even for Vegas. Daybeds sprawl across two acres dotted with three infinity pools and even a spa pool with treatments by none other than Canyon Ranch. You do as a Hollywood Starlet might and ensconce yourself in the billowing sheer curtains of your waterside cabana, and await your next cocktail. And just hope that what happened in Vegas stays in your memories for years to come.
