What we think

The soft sand beaches of Malibu are 723 miles from Park City. But you wouldn’t know it in your room at the Pendry. Each and every room here is adorned in what could well be called a SoCal Modern aesthetic, with blonde leathers, cloud gray walls, and soft, bleached woods at every turn. We love the airy Peak View King rooms with their marble lined bathrooms, soaking tubs, and eagle’s eye panorama’s of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains. But if you were hosting, say, Robert Redford for dinner, you may want to treat yourself to the One Bedroom Penthouse; it’s fitted with a separate living and dining space, kitchen worthy of an Architectural Digest spread, and a terrace that will make you feel like you own the town…sort of like Redford. While you’re here, be sure to stop in at Disco Pizza, a throwback pizza joint complete with a milkshake bar.

Disco Pizza - a casual, slopeside go-to for ice cold beer, house made pizzas, bright salads and all your favorite comfort food. All served up in a family-friendly setting where games and good times are at the ready and a disco ball lights the after-dinner bar scene.

Location

Set at the foot of the Sunrise Lift, a 14 mile drive from the historic downtown of Park City itself. (Duck into the Park City Museum to see exhibits on everything from prohibition to mining).
