Phum Baitang − or ‘the green village’ − is a 5-star luxury resort near Siem Reap in Cambodia. Set within 8 acres of lush gardens, lemon-grass meadows and rice paddies, this elegant retreat is a gateway to the Angkor World Heritage Site and numerous natural and cultural wonders. The luxe villas are set on stilts and offer all the trappings of a modern resort, the complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs and iPod docks.

- Bay Phsar - With views over the surrounding rice paddies and gardens, locally inspired Bay Phsar promises an array of vibrant Cambodian flavours created using local ingredients (the rice accompanying our cuisine comes straight from the surrounding paddies). Preferred requirement for outside guests to make prior reservation.
- Hang Bay - At Hang Bay, guests can sample a fusion of international cuisine, from the freshest seafood to the finest steaks − all the while delighting in Phum Baitang’s beautiful sunsets and starlit nights. Preferred requirement for outside guests to make prior reservation.
- Pool Bar - Adjacent to our 50-metre outdoor infinity pool, the Pool Bar offers a stunning open-air setting with magnificent views. Guests can enjoy a light meal or refreshing homemade juices while soaking up the Cambodian sun.
- Cigar & Cocktail Lounge - The Cigar & Cocktail Lounge pays homage to Cambodia’s colonial history in a century-old farmhouse, furnished with rattan wing chairs and oriental carpets. In addition to the extensive drinks menu, there are fine wines, vintage liqueurs, and premium cigars for smoking on the terrace.
