Designed by the Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the hotel celebrates the art of living and receiving à la Française and features Art Deco-inspired Rooms and Suites, fine dining and vegetarian restaurants, a private spa and a movie theater.

Adorned with striped borders, decadent drapes, quilted headboards, Art Deco-inspired furniture, European chandeliers, exquisite parquet flooring and Toile de Jouy wallpaper that showcases local scenes. In tones of lavender and almond green, the hotel's 97 Rooms and Suites are an invitation to contemplation and sheer elegance.

True to its roots, Hotel Fouquet’s New York invites you on a French culinary journey. Brasserie Fouquet’s has taken up residence in the city that never sleeps; Par Ici Café produces fresh, seasonal food with a French touch, whilst the Titsou Bar is reminiscent of the famous Fouquet’s Paris trendy speakeasy bar.

Dedicated to beauty and well-being, the Spa uses the expertise of the famous French dermo-cosmetics brand Biologique Recherche to provide a best-in-class spa experience. Biologique Recherche treatments begin with a thorough dermo-cosmetic diagnosis to determine your ‘Skin Instant’, and then create the best personalized treatment plan to nourish and regenerate your skin. Five treatment rooms (including one couples treatment room), a sauna and steam room nestle in the heart of the hotel, surrounding an indoor pool and water fitness circuit where you can relax and recharge.
