Though you’re not likely to spend much time in your room, we love that nearly each one here is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and other touches worthy of sun-soaked royals (triple-sheeted Frette bed linens, for example). Don’t miss stopping for at least one dinner at Mediterranean-inspired Ave, helmed by Chef Massimo de Francesca (who once worked with Michelin-starred chef Vincenzo Cammerucci). Your order: Caribbean lobster with creamed avocado and kalamata-saffron aioli.
