Rosewood Phnom Penh, which occupies the top 14 floors of Vattanac Capital Tower in the heart of the central business district, provides an ultra-luxury hospitality experience in the exotic capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Iza is an Izakaya-style dining space is a fast-paced and casual eatery for lunch and dinner with robata-yaki grill as the main feature accompanied by an extensive sake and shochu list and numerous beers on tap on the menu. Cuts is the highest restaurant in the hotel is a high-energy steak and seafood place with panoramic views opens for lunch and dinner divided into four sections featuring different elements.
