Six Senses Ninh Van Bay
Covid-19 - What you should know
Skylark’s advisor team is here to support you. Travel is tricky right now and planning isn’t always straightforward, but our team of advisors is here to assist in every way we can.
What it is
A collection of jungle-swathed, thatch-roofed villas edging a turquoise bay in the East Vietnam Sea, with an unmissable holistic spa.
What it isn't
Environmentally negligent. Six Senses takes eco responsibility extremely seriously, from their rainwater catchment and distribution to a coral restoration project.
What we think
Sweet dreams are made of this...resort. Here, even the most standard villa is worthy of the cover of Travel + Leisure, with a hand-made wood soaking tub, in-villa wine cellar and sweeping view of Nha Trang mountains and the turquoise sea below. But don’t let the thatched roof fool you: you’ll find all the amenities of modern life you could ever ask for, including a satellite TV, DVD player (with bottomless loaner movies), and stocked mini bar. Adventures on-site include pranayama yoga classes on the beach at dawn, hiking alongside monkeys in the lush hillsides, and snorkeling their private beach. We’d wager, though, that you spend most of your visit basking in your private plunge pool, listening to the cacophony of bird calls that surround you and peeping out on the craggy coastline below.
You're here because
You’ve been feeling tuckered out, to say the least, and love that the resort has its own expert staff to provide non-invasive health screenings and tailor wellness programs just for you. Time to cleanse and detox? Better hit the pool.
By your last night, you’ve tried most of the hotel restaurants—but you saved the best for last. Descending into the subterranean wine cave tucked deep within a hill, you feel your temperature blissfully drop. You’ll let the sommelier guide you when it comes to wine selection, but one look at the menu and you know how you want to end the night: marou chocolate mousse and coffee creme caramel. What’s vacation worth if you can’t order two desserts?
