Palm Heights
Understated glamour in the Caribbean
What it is
Palm Heights is a glam, all-suite beachfront retreat with four design-forward bars and restaurants, a garden-inspired spa, and a bottomless activities list.
What it isn't
Just about lazing on the beach. Fitness classes here can range from Olympian-led yoga and running sessions to open water swimming with Nike’s own global coach.
What we think
Perched along the eye-poppingly turquoise Caribbean Sea on the soft sands of Seven Mile Beach, Palm Heights has reached new heights of style. Each room option is enormous and worthy of an article in Architectural Digest, including the “starter” category—One Bedroom Oceanview—which are as luxe as they come, with their 600 square foot floor plans and plush amenities (including a Juliette balcony, Apple TV, Italian bedding and robes, and rose Carrara marble lined bathrooms). We love the fifth floor One Bedroom Ocean Facing Penthouse for its generous separate living room overlooking the sea, and the 1,000-square-foot Two Bedroom Beachfront Terrace, which has a deep soaking tub on the 575 square foot balcony. Either way, at Palm Heights you’ll find in-room spa treatments, a detox and retox bar, and a Chemex coffee maker as well as a tea set.
You're here because
Recreation options are as infinite as the horizon, including on-site thrills (jet skiing, crystal kayaking, snorkeling, scuba) and offsite adventures (don’t miss horseback swimming and swimming in bioluminescent waters after dark).
The Moment
Settled into your rattan armchair at Tillies, the resort’s throwback locavore restaurant, you feel like one of Slim Aarons’ models. But the best part of going back in time here is the menu. Your order? Steak Diane and a Hemingway Daiquiri.

Location
A verdant swath fronting Seven Mile Beach, a 12 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport. Just five minutes from the resort, Stingray City is totally worth it to swim with the magical beasts of the sea.
