For centuries, this estate was a "blind spot" in Pommard, hidden behind imposing stone walls. Following a meticulous four-year restoration by Champagne Hospitality and architect Richard Martinet, it has emerged as the region's most compelling opening in a generation. The design is a masterclass in "Burgundian Zen"—original 1112-era white stone and vaulted ceilings paired with light-toned woodwork and modern pops of sky blue and rose gold. The real magic, however, is the integration: you can literally watch the winemaking process from the "Cuverie Suite" or wander from the 18-meter heated pool directly into the estate’s 3.75-hectare Clos Monopole. It feels less like a hotel and more like being invited into the inner sanctum of a legendary domaine.

What It Is

A 12th-century fortified manor in the heart of Pommard, reborn as a 37-room luxury sanctuary. It is Burgundy’s first true "full immersion" five-star estate, where the hotel, the spa, and a working Premier Cru winery exist as one seamless, biodynamic organism.
