Opulent & Elegant
What it is
A grand 18th century hideaway with 108 stylish rooms, a restaurant and bar that even the locals love, Les Clefs d’Or concierges and Chanel’s HQ as its neighbor.
What it isn't
Just for well-heeled grown-ups. Children are made to feel right at home here, too, with a welcome surprise, kids meals (free for littles 3 and under), and all manner of loaners for frazzled parents, including cribs, changing tables, strollers and more. Eloise in Paris would be delighted.
What we think
Whatever your little Francophile heart wishes for is very likely already in your room at Castille Paris, because they have thought of everything. A pillow menu for your plushest bed ever? Check. An Illy espresso machine? Check. A robe and slippers ideal for raiding the en-suite mini bar? Check and check. Every single guest room is fitted with luxuries galore, starting with the gleaming 200-square-foot Superior Rooms. We find the slightly larger Deluxe with Balcony rooms particularly charming for their balconies that peek out on the mansard roofs of Place Vendôme; if you’re traveling en famille, we recommend the 861 square foot Dolce Vita Apartment, where you can indulge in a candlelit dinner in the separate living and dining space and both bedrooms are fitted with canopy beds worthy of Marie Antoinette herself.
You're here because
Concierges have insider advice and activities planned, whether you want to attend a perfume making workshop or take a behind the scenes tour of the Opera house.
Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati helped develop the menu at the hotel’s L’Assaggio Restaurant, which brings Italy’s most addictive plates to Paris. Tonight, you’re so besotted with your saffron risotto with smoked stracciatella cheese and citrus jelly that you’re coming back again tomorrow. When in Paris, after all.
