What it is

What we think

The pride of Saint-Tropez since 1967 is still every bit worthy of its glowing glitterati guests today, thanks to a recent revamp that’s made it as alluring as ever. Guest rooms are spacious (starting at 300 square feet) and ineffably chic—many with striped draperies, red walls, and private terraces that peer out on the turquoise water. We love the two floor Duplex Suites for their exposed beam ceilings and separate living rooms; the Missoni Home Suite is decked out in the brand’s venerable and vibrant patterns, and ready to pamper today’s starlets and kingpins with a nearly 2,000 square foot floor plan, pool view and round trip transfers via limo from the Nice Airport. Arcadia, a chic but laid-back atmosphere by the pool

Fine dining with a Mediterranean touch for a bountiful culinary experience at all times of the day, from breakfast to lunch to dinner. An inspired menu features a blend of flavours combining classic dishes with colourful creations, embodied by the signature dish: “les petits farcis”. They are cooked using delicately filled vegetables from Byblos’ own vegetable garden served in a tagine. A cuisine based on high-quality, fresh, seasonal products, grown with love by local producers and harvested from our own vegetable garden.

At the foot of the St. Tropez hotel, Cucina Byblos is decorated chef Alain Ducasse’s, a chic but relaxed bistro featuring ultra-fresh Italian haute comfort food. Cucina Byblos executive chef Nicola Canuti whips up delicious platters of everything from purple artichoke risotto to gourmet pizzas, meant to be shared on the leafy terrace. If you’re not planning to club-hop right away, indulge in some of the heartier dishes, like slow-roasted lamb shoulder or seared tomahawk ribeye. Be sure to stay for dessert at Cucina Byblos. Dig into house-made gelato or the cheeky chocolate pizza.

There’s no need to venture too far from your sunbed at the peaceful poolside, since the all-day casual B restaurant serves a terrific choice of cocktails, tapas and flavorful local dishes from copious salads to fresh grilled fish.
