Cagnes-sur-Mer, France
Hotel Indigo Cagnes-sur-mer
New & Modern
What it is
A sleek and fresh 87-room retreat with a daybed-lined rooftop pool, topnotch Mediterranean restaurant, and 24/hour gym.
What it isn't
Just for humans. Chienne (dogs) are welcome here, too, for a small nightly fee per pet.
What we think
Guest rooms here charmingly echo their surroundings on the French Riviera, with color palettes of cloud whites, sand taupes, and sea blues; curated art that Renoir himself (who once lived just around the bend from the property) would appreciate; and in-room amenities like tea and coffee stations, plus mineral water replaced each and every day. It’s well worth booking a 1 King Bed Suite for their 376 square foot floor plan and sitting area, plus a furnished terrace that overlooks the cityscape. Want to get a massage while you’re here? Just ask. The hotel may not have a spa, but staffers are happy to set up treatments in their spa cabin, which is arguably better.
You're here because
The hotel has exquisite service, including a shuttle from the airport, laundry valet, and free Wifi.
The Moment
From your hand woven white armchair at the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant, Cucina Victoria, you’re feeling like you’ve never had a better morning. The croissants are buttery, the cheese local (and divine), and every morsel makes you swoon—à la française, of course.
