What it isn't

Just for grown-ups. Kiddos of every age will also feel pampered, thanks to daily children’s activities, a crèche, a kids club, and even an on-site football (soccer) program.

What we think

Ikos Dassia has perfected the all-inclusive, beginning with the activities: pilates classes, windsurfing, sunset cruises…all are only the beginning of what’s included in your stay. But if you opted to just remain in your guest room, we wouldn’t blame you; each one is a vision of graceful interiors that perfectly suit the setting. Even the 269 square foot Double Room feels sumptuous, with its soft blue and neutral color palette, plush bedding, Anne Semonin toiletries and robes and slippers, and the omnipresent feeling of luxury. Our favorite room here might be the 376 square foot Panorama Junior Suite; you may feel like you’re on a yacht, and your sea views out the floor-to-ceiling windows are so good.

The Moment

Michelin-starred Chef Lefteris Lazarou has pulled together the menu at Ouzo, the resort’s oceanfront Greek restaurant, and you’re so glad. The fried squid with caper mayonnaise and mussel-dotted orzo are transcendent. How do you say “heavenly” in Greek?
