If Gwyneth Paltrow were reincarnated as an uber-stylish Santorini hotel, she would look exactly like this: a place where textural, blonde-on-blonde interiors serve to highlight the transfixing blue sea beyond your terrace. The modern and clean-lined hotel took its architectural cues from the region’s Cycladic structures; you’ll find barrel vaulted ceilings, stucco archways and sunlit alcoves abound. Even the starting room option, an Aozora Suite, looks like something that could be found in the pages of Architectural Digest, with its sculptural furniture, textural light fixtures and patchwork of natural woven rugs underfoot; we also love the two level Yuhi Suite, where your al fresco plunge pool peers out on the Aegean.
