What we think

Modernist architecture can sometimes feel cold and off-putting. Not so the Abu Dhabi EDITION, where every guest room is adorned in herringbone parquet gray oak flooring and wood paneled walls that summon the historic libraries of the Ivy League. The starting room category, Deluxe, lives up to its name with a deep soaking tub, LED-lit spa-like bathroom with Le Labo toiletries and plush robes and slippers, Nespresso machines and so much more within its roomy 527 square foot floor plan. If you love watching the yachts bob on the water (who doesn’t?) book an aptly named Marina Suite; they have separate living rooms and powder rooms amid their 1,270 square feet of room to roam. While you’re here, stop in at the Library Bar to sip tippy-top-shelf gin from a tufted velvet banquette.
