Principe Forte Dei Marmi

Modern Marvel

What it is

A sleek 28-room tower in the Tuscan Riviera with a Michelin-starred restaurant, tech-forward spa and its own yacht for charter.

What it isn't

Hands off. Topnotch service even extends to the beach, where the (seasonal) Dalmazia Beach Club awaits with gazebos and cabanas, SUP-rentals, and more.

What we think

Elegance is everywhere at Principe Forte dei Marmi. Even the “starter” guest room, at 301 square feet, feels like a jewel box—thanks to gleaming parquet floors, floor to ceiling windows, spa-like bathroom sheathed in marble, and even a wine fridge tucked behind minimalist blonde wood cabinets. Book a Junior Space suite and you’ll have nearly 500 square feet of breathing room, including a modern canopy bed and sitting area. (Whatever room you opt for, air conditioning and even the lighting will be at your command via a touchscreen). You don’t come to Italy to stay ensconced in your room, though, so don’t miss the Michelin-starred rooftop Lux Lucis Restaurant, where dishes are unforgettable—even for Italy—and include risotto with sea urchins and black truffle.

You're here because

The concierge has curated Only in Italy thrills, including cooking at their Michelin starred restaurant for a day and hopping about their yacht to explore Cinque Terre.

The Moment

After a day splayed out on the sand, you need a bit of TLC…and the spa’s Venus Freeze delivered. You could swear you look 5 years younger—or maybe that’s just being in Tuscany talking.

Restaurants & Bars

LUX Lucis - The hotel's leading restaurant offers Italian cuisine with an unrestrained creativity

Location
